1. New Features

The Release includes the following new features as:

  • Patient Profile, Treatment and Status, Procedures, Date Completed (All Regions)
  • Communication, Copy&Paste from external source: Formatting not allowed (All Regions)
  • Online Reservation: Customizable “Reason for visit” field (All Regions)
  • Planner: Public Holidays and Reasons for Absence (All Regions)
  • Finances, Invoices: Bank Information Added in the invoice print-out (UK)

1.1 Patient Profile, Treatment and Status, Procedures, Date Completed (All Regions)

“Date Completed” has been added as an additional field in Treatment & Status, Procedures.

This field is editable. If there’s no value added it is displayed as an empty field.

“Date Completed” is also displayed in the Treatment plan print-out.

1.2 Communication, Copy&Paste from external source:  Formatting options (All Regions)

When Copy&Paste formatted text from external source in SMS, the formatting is automatically removed and the info is converted to plain text.
When you Copy&Paste formatted text in E-mail, Printed document, Chat, Notes, Info Banks the text is pasted formatted.
The formatting can be removed with the formatting button.

1.3 Online Reservation: Customizable “Reason for visit” field (All Regions)

This feature gives you the opportunity to customize the “Reason for visit” field displayed in the online reservation booking module through your website or PatientDent.

Go to Medical Practice, Lists, Reason for visit and click on the “+” button to add a new option.

The new option is then displayed in the online reservation module and in the Reception module

1.4 Planner: Public Holidays and Reasons for Absence (All Regions)

The following changes has been implemented in the planner section.

  • A list for all public holidays for the specific region has been added in the Planner,Simple and Advanced mode.

The list can be modified ( e.g edit, add or remove a holiday).

The list can be modified ( e.g edit, add or remove a reason for absence)

  • Planner Report

This feature gives you the opportunity to generate a report that includes working days, absence and holidays.

1.5 Finances, Invoices: Bank Information Added in the invoice print-out (UK)

The Clinic’s bank information in now displayed in the invoice print-out.

2. Enhancements 

The Release included the following enhancements

  • Uninvoiced procedures: Маss Invoicing, Create one invoice per treatment plan (All Regions)
  • Treatment and Status: Total value of the treatment plan displayed in the Treatment plan summary tab (All Regions)
  • Ability to edit the SMS reminder text (All Regions)
  • Patient Profile, Billing: Section “Garanten” moved to the bottom of the page (Swiss All)

2.1 Uninvoiced procedures: Маss Invoicing, Create one invoice per treatment plan (All Regions)

In case of mass invoicing from Home, Uninvoiced procedures, one invoice is now created per treatment plan ( including all the procedures from this treatment plan).

2.2 Treatment and Status: Total value of the treatment plan added in the Treatment plan summary tab (All Regions)

The total value of the treatment plan is now displayed on the treatment plan summary tab.

2.3 Ability to edit the SMS/E-Mail  reminder text (All Regions)

This enhancement gives you the opportunity to edit the SMS/E-mail Reminder text in the build-in templates.

The templates can be edited, but can not be deleted. The templates are available in Communication, Templates.

2.4 Patient Profile, Billing: Section “Garanten” moved to the bottom of the page (Swiss All) 

The “Garanten” section in Patient Profile, Billing has been moved in the bottom of the page as it is used in rare situations.
